Once you have qualified with us you have the choice to work with us either on PAYE with a company vehicle and holiday pay or you can choose self employment if you wish, you can use your own car and pay a small weekly support fee. With most other driving schools it's a franchise and self employment.

Thirdly, the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) and Learner Driver Training Centres can provide you with a trainee instructor licence. Once you have this licence you can start teaching learners to drive and gain valuable "hands on skills". With this licence you have a far greater chance of qualifying, and at the same time charge your learners for your time. Remember, "Practice makes Perfect".
